The 12th Meeting of the WMO SDS-WAS Regional Steering Group (RSG) for Asia and International Workshop on Sandstorm Early Warning

The 12th Meeting of the WMO SDS-WAS Regional Steering Group (RSG) for Asia and International Sand and Dust Storm Symposium will take place on 16–17 September in Gyeongju, Republic of Korea.

Hosted by the Meteorological Science Research Institute of the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA), this hybrid event brings together international experts, operational forecasters and stakeholders engaged in sand and dust storm monitoring, numerical modelling, forecasting and early warning services.

The event provides a forum to exchange knowledge and foster regional collaboration on sand and dust storm prediction and early warning.
